Adding Users to Your QuickBooks Online File

One of the great things about working in the cloud is that it makes it super easy to collaborate with others. Being able to work in your file simultaneously is a big time saver. Your accountant no longer has to come to your office for simple easy questions or even training. Once they have you on the phone, you can log in and they can talk you through to the transaction they have a question about. With training, they can also do that right from their office and you can watch on-line using on-line meeting systems such as Join.Me and Zoom (our two favorites). How’s that for #accountingmadeeasy?
